LIONS @ CHIEFS (8:30p)

CHIEFS QB PATRICK MAHOMES OVER 2.5 PASSING TOUCHDOWNS (+130)

I know Travis Kelce is in question but Mahomes has owned Week 1 of the NFL season. He has thrown at least 3 touchdowns in each of his last 5 opening games. In fact, he has 18 passing touchdowns and ZERO interceptions over those 5 opening games. He has plenty of weapons to throw the ball to even if Kelce sits out. I also love that you are getting plus odds here.

CHIEFS RB JERICK MCKINNON OVER 26.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115)

McKinnon has gone over this receiving total in 6 of his last 8 games at Arrowhead. I like this even more if Kelce's out for this game because those targets have to go somewhere and while I know Mahomes does not typically dump it off, most all Andy Reid running backs have a lot of value.

CHIEFS WR SKYY MOORE UNDER 45.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115)

Everyone is jumping all over Moore's line because of the Travis Kelce injury but I really don't think he gets those extra touches. I think the bulk of the work goes to Kadarius Toney and rookie Rashee Rice. Moore has been under 40 receiving yards in 9 of his last 10 games.

CHIEFS DE GEORGE KARLAFTIS OVER 0.75 SACKS (+250)

This kid had a terrific rookie campaign with 6 sacks on the season. The Lions do have a stout offensive line anchored by all world tackle Penei Sewell. Kansas City will move him all over the line to get him in better matchups especially with Chris Jones holding out. I just love the odds on this one. Don't bet the farm or anything.
