SINGLE PROP 2023 REGULAR SEASON RECORD:

WEEK 12: 14-14
OVERALL: 162-178

SEAHAWKS @ COWBOYS (8:20p ET)

COWBOYS RB TONY POLLARD OVER 21.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115)

Tony has had at least 5 targets in the last 3 games for the Cowboys. He went over this number easily in Week 12 against the Commanders. The Seahawks allow the 5th most receiving yards per game to the running back position at 46 yards. Seattle has allowed 8 running backs to cross this prop number in their last 8 games. .

COWBOYS RB TONY POLLARD UNDER 14.5 RUSH ATTEMPTS (+100)

You’d expect the “bell cow” back to get at least 15 carries per game but that’s just not the case for Tony at this point of the season. They started the year with the intent of doing that, 2 of his first 3 games, he had over 22 rush attempts. Since those first 3 games, he had only gotten to 15 rush attempts or more in 2 of his next 8 games. Rico Dowdle has a role in this offense and that is taking away from Pollard’s touches. You attack this Seahawks defense through the air, only 2 backs have cracked 100 yards against them.

SEAHAWKS QB GENO SMITH UNDER 229.5 PASSING YARDS (-115)

The Cowboys defense is a force, especially at home. This team plays fantastic in front of its home fans. Dallas is allowing just 188 yards per game through the air which is 2nd best in the league. I think they’ll have Geno running for his life most of this game. He has been under this prop number in 3 of his last 6 games. He’s been under 200 yards in 2 of his last 4. 4 of the last 5 Quarterbacks they’ve faced have been under this prop as well.
