49ERS @ SEAHAWKS (8:20p ET)

49ERS RB CHRISTIAN MCCAFFREY OVER 79.5 RUSHING YARDS (-115)

49ERS RB CHRISTIAN MCCAFFREY OVER 119.5 RUSH + RECEIVE YARDS (-115)

We've got the Christian McCaffrey that we know and love back in San Francisco. He looks like 2018 McCaffrey over the last few weeks. He had 119 rushing yards last week alone and he's been over this total in back to back games. The Seahawks allow 117 yards per game on the ground which is fifth most in the league. He is the focal point of this offense, everything runs through him. We should see lots and lots of CMC on Thursday night in Seattle.

SEAHAWKS QB GENO SMITH UNDER 238.5 PASSING YARDS (-115)

Geno Smith has had a fantastic season with nearly 3500 passing yards already. He has been over this number in five straight games but he hasn't faced the likes of the San Francisco defense in quite a while. He only had 198 yards in his first game against the 49ers in Week 2. The 49ers defense is allowing only 211 yards per game through the air on the season. I would like the interception prop but the odds aren't great at -150.

49ERS TE GEORGE KITTLE OVER 38.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115)

Yes, I know that Kittle has been under this receiving prop number in four of their last five games. This is a great matchup for tight ends against the Seahawks defense. While Seattle has improved in this category, they still allow 56 yards per game to the position. Kittle didn't play in their Week 2 matchup but in his last game against Seattle, he had nine catches for 181 yards and two touchdowns.
