Week 15

Quarterbacks

Jimmy Garoppolo vs. Falcons ($5,800)

The 49ers are in the Playoff mix, and despite all the Preseason Trey Lance banter, Jimmy Garoppolo is still manning the ship. Efficiently too. He’ll get a horrendous Falcons secondary week 15 at home. Jimmy G has also thrown for two or more touchdowns in his last 5-of-6 games. The Falcons are currently allowing the second-most fantasy points to opposing QBs this season. A stack with Deebo Samuel or Brandon Aiyuk may be in order.

Tua Tagovailoa vs. Jets ($5,700)

The Dolphins are plagued with injuries this week in their week 15 divisional bout with the Jets. Tua is going to have an opportunity to sling its against a Jets defense that is the 10th worst against opposing quarterbacks. He has a safe floor and there are a couple cheap-upside stacks this week we can run out with Mike Gesicki or Davante Parker.

Running Backs

Rashaad Penny @ Rams ($5,400)

It has taken what’s seems like forever for Rashaad Penny to make a splash for the Seahawks, but he arrived Week 14 against the Texans. Penny had 17 touches, 138 yards, and two touchdowns. He’ll have the keys to the castle Week 15 as the Seahawks face a tougher task with the Rams. Nevertheless, the volume should be there and Covid has decimated both rosters. Penny is appearing to be crunch time gold for fantasy owners.

A.J. Dillon @ Ravens ($5,700)

Regardless of whether Aaron Jones is on the field and “healthy”, it looks as is if AJ Dillon is going to get the bulk of carries within the Packers, backfield. More teams are running out these committees that bring different elements defensive fronts. Dillon is the bruiser here. We’re paying for the volume, on one of the best offenses in football, that has a positive game script. He’s not cash game viable, but Dillon is a fantastic tournament play.

Wide Receivers

A.J. Green @ Lions ($4,900)

DeAndre Hopkins is set to miss the remainder of the 2021 season (MCL) and A.J. will now be thrusted into a bigger role as the Cardinals head into the playoffs. AJG caught 7-of-10 targets week 14 for 102 yards and his price remains depressed again this week. Green ended up playing 56 of 78 offensive snaps, which is a number that should increase with Hopkins out. He is the perfect piece to pair with Kyler Murray against a horrific Lions defense.

Allen Lazard @ Ravens ($4,000)

It feels a bit like point chasing when touting Allen Lazard after his six reception, 75 yard, touchdown game week 14, but their aren’t an overwhelming amount of mouths to feed in Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers will get a decimated Ravens secondary. It’s a coin flip with MVS week to week outside of the stability with Aaron Rodgers. Lazard is a last piece or he can be used used in an Aaron Rodgers stack.

Tight Ends

Gerald Everett @ Rams ($3,500)

Narrative Street is here, and Gerald Everett will face his former team in the Rams. The Seahawks will be without Tyler Lockett and despite being out-snapped by Will Dissly, Everett has been leaned on in the red zone by Russell Wilson. If we aren’t paying up for George Kittle, Everett is my punt for the week despite being touchdown dependent.

Tyler Higbee vs. Seahawks ($4,000)

Tyler Higbee is coming off the Covid list week 15, and the Rams will be without Odell Beckham which should free up some usage. Over the last six weeks, the Seahawks defense has given up five touchdowns, and the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. He’ll be firmly in play to pair with Cooper Kupp in a stack with Matthew Stafford.

Defense/Special Teams

Bill vs. Panthers ($3,100)
