Startem sitem 2016 week 9 Thursday

Jameis Winston QB TAM ATL START
Atlanta has only held one opposing QB (combination of Siemian and Lynch) under 20 points. Tampa Bay is down to their 4th, 5th and 6th optons at RB so expect Winston to be busy.

Adam Humphries WR TAM ATL START
It's risky selecting a non-Mike Evans receiver in Tampa. Evans will clearly dominate targets again. But, if I'm right that there will be a focus on passing, there should be another target available to start. Shepard is banged up a bit and has been out-snapped by Cecil Shorts the last two weeks despite Shepard being the player who'd caught the TDs. Humphries is the player collecting the snaps and maybe could deliver startable numbers for your team especially if Shepard doesn't go.

Peyton Barber RB TAM ATL SIT
I liked Barber's opportunity to break into a role here. However, Koetter prefered Antone Smith last week. Barber only played 4% of the snaps vs Smith's 31%. Mike James is also in the mix. Even with the top 3 RBs down, Barber seems too risky in this matchup.

Austin Hooper TE TAM ATL START
With Tamme looking like he'll miss this game, Hooper steps up. He can build on his 5 receptions for 41 yards on 5 targets this week. In week 1, Jacob Tamme caught 6 balls on 8 targets for 51 yards against Tampa. A similar scheme with Hooper now in the receiving TE role could boster results.
