In this Start Em / Sit Em column each week, I'm looking to find some fringe players that you might consider starting each week and comment based on their matchups. Early on, I'll base my selection of candidates on where they were with respect to ADP.  I'm not going to try to pad my stats by suggesting your start Josh Allen each week, but instead trying to dig deep and find some nuggets for players to avoid or to go after.  These are coin flip guys and if I can finish the year at better than 60% I'll consider it a success.  My metrics to get the start decision are:  QB 20 pts or more,  RB, WR or TE need to score 12 pts or more for a successful endorsement.  Defense/Special Teams should put in 8 points or more to get those picks right.  I'll look at ~3 players on each Thursday night's game and ~ 6 players for the rest of the week to get you going.

Player Pos Team Opp Start / Sit Comment
Hunter Henry TE NE ARI START There is some vatiation on which TE gets the action with the Pats, but Arizona is the matchup you want for your TE
D'Onta Foreman RB CAR SEA START Foreman looks good to go this week, fire him up in your lineup
David N'Joku TE CLE CIN SIT Njoku looks to be back, but Cincinnati is the 2nd toughest opponent vs opposing TEs.  Try to find other options this week.
Tony Pollard RB DAL HOU START Pollard should continue to be viable in fantasy despite running as the RB2 in Dallas' backfield.  Houston is quite giving to opposing RBs.
Kirk Cousins QB MIN DET START Detroit's defense is improved since it's start, but their offense still puts opposing teams in negative game scripts which continues to make them a plus matchup
Gerald Everett TE LAC MIA START Everett is a fringe TE1 but gets a plus matchup in what should be a negative game script
Raheem Mostert RB MIA LAC START It's a good matchup for RBs, Mostert got more action than Wilson last week.  If that continues he should be the one to benefit by the matchup this week.
