Startem sitem 2016 week 5 Sunday

By Brad Kruse
Brad Kruse Terrance West RB BAL WAS Start
West took over starting duties last week and responded with over 100 yards and a TD. He gets a soft matchup this week; however, talented rookie Kenneth Dixon enters the picture to cloud things up. I suspect they work Dixon in slowly and West owners should have another productive week as he fights to hold off Dixon.

Brian Hoyer QB CHI IND Start
In two starts, Hoyer has over 300 yards in each game and two TDs. He does lose Kevin White this week, but White has largely been inefficient despite high volume. Eddie Royal should compliment Jeffery well enough along with Zach Miller and Jordan Howard to keep Hoyer as a productive option.

Jordan Howard RB CHI IND Start
Howard performed in his first opportunity to start. Indianapolis shouldn't pose significant risk to his 2nd start of his career. Expect a playable day from Howard especially due to him having a fair amount of activity in the passing game.

Orleans Darkwa RB NYG GB SIT
Darkwa enters another week potentially without Jennings again. GB is strong against the running back and Darkwa's not utilized much in the passing game. I'd look for other options this week.

Phillip Dorsett WR IND CHI Start
With Moncrief out, Dorsett has been utilized more - although two tight end sets have been more popular also. Chicago is an inviting opponent and I expect Dorsett to have enough of an opporutnity to be recommended as a start in week 5.

Brandon Marshall WR NYJ PIT Start
Pittsburgh's reputation is one of having a decent run stopping defense, but have let up close to or more than 300 yards to each of their opponents thus far. Marshall has been struggling with a knee issue, but seems to be on the other side of that now. Roll him into your lineup with confidence in week 5.

Quincy Enunwa WR NYJ PIT Start
Most of the same comments as Marshall above with respect to matchup, however Enunwa also gets a situational bump with Eric Decker out with an injury to keep his target floor at a playable level. One note of caution, Enunwa was added to the injury report Friday with a "sore" knee. Check to ensure he's active before committing to him.

Derek Carr QB OAK SD SIT
Carr has fulfilled much of the expectations of having a breakout season this year. San Diego, however, is a tough matchup against wide receivers. San Diego has held both Andrew Luck and Drew Brees under 20 points. Look for Carr to struggle to produce startable numbers this week.
