WEEK 15 INJURY REPORT:

QUARTERBACKS:

Justin Fields (Hamstring) - Justin Fields missed a few plays with a possible hamstring or calf injury but was able to return and finish the game.

Jalen Hurts (Shoulder) - Eagles QB Jalen Hurts suffered a sprained shoulder in Sunday's win vs the Bears, according to Adam Schefter. His status for next Saturday is uncertain at this time, but there is a real chance that Gardner Minshew could start for the Eagles.

Colt McCoy (Concussion) - Colt McCoy suffered a concussion vs the Broncos. He will have to pass through the NFL's concussion protocol.

Ryan Tannehill (Ankle) - Ryan Tannehill was briefly carted off the field for an ankle injury but was able to finish the game.

RUNNING BACKS:

A.J. Dillon (Concussion) - Packers RB A.J. Dillon was evaluated for a concussion. He will have to pass through the NFL's concussion protocol.

Caleb Huntley (Achilles) - Falcons RB Caleb Huntley will miss the rest of the season after suffering an Achilles injury.

Jonathan Taylor (Ankle) - Jonathan Taylor suffered a high-ankle sprain in Saturday afternoon's game and is not expected to return this season.

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Equanimeous St. Brown (Concussion) - Chicago Bears WR Equanimeous St. Brown suffered a concussion vs the Eagles. He will have to pass through the NFL's concussion protocol.

Tyler Lockett (Finger) - Tyler Lockett suffered a dislocated finger on Thursday night. He is expected to miss one-to-two games with this injury.

Denzel Mims (Concussion) - New York Jets WR Denzel Mims suffered a concussion vs the Lions. He will have to pass through the NFL's concussion protocol.

TIGHT ENDS:

None of note.

WEEK 16 WAIVER WIRE:

QUARTERBACKS:

Brock Purdy (SF) - Brock Purdy has been efficient for the 49ers since taking over in week 13. He's scored 21.70 and 16.48 fantasy points in each of the last two full games he has played. He's led the 49ers to back-to-back wins and hopes to continue that streak as the 49ers travel back home to take on the Commanders in week 16. Purdy is available in 80 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 81.8 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Also Consider:

Sam Darnold (CAR)

RUNNING BACKS:

Tyler Allgeier (ATL) - Coming off of their bye, it appears that Falcons' rookie RB Tyler Allgeier has taken over the Falcons' primary RB duties. Allgeier carried the ball 17 times for 139 yards and a touchdown, totaling 22.60 PPR fantasy points in week 15. Allgeier had more carries than Cordarrelle Patterson, who had 14 carries versus Allgeier's 17. Patterson played one more snap than Allgeier, however. With Huntley out for the season due to his Achilles injury, expect Allgeier to continue to see an increased workload down the stretch. Allgeier is currently available in 63 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 88 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Zack Moss (IND) & Deon Jackson (IND) - When Jonathan Taylor injured his ankle on Saturday, it was RB Zack Moss who led the way for the Colts. Moss had 24 carries for 81 yards on the day. Week 14 was the first week where we really got to see Moss get a heavy workload for the Colts this season. The Colts backfield will likely be a committee between RBs Zack Moss and Deon Jackson. Jackson had 13 carries for 55 yards plus one catch for one yard and a receiving touchdown. Moss played 53 snaps compared to Jackson's 25 snaps. Deon Jackson has filled in for Taylor previously this season and played well enough for fantasy purposes (13.10 and 28.10 PPR fantasy points in weeks five and six). Both Colts RBs are viable pick ups with this Taylor news. Zack Moss is available in 97 percent of Yahoo Fantasy Leagues while Deon Jackson is available in 93 percent of Yahoo leagues.

James Cook (BUF) - While rookie James Cook has been inconsistent this season, he remains one of the top backups in the league in a top-tier offense. We've seen him score as high as 16.50 fantasy points in a recent game, and that was with Devin Singletary active. In week 15, he tallied five carries for 34 yards, plus two receptions for five yards and a touchdown, for 11.90 PPR points. Cook is available in 47 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 65.3 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues. Add him if he is available in your league.

Jerick McKinnon (KC) - Isiah Pacheco is still getting the most carries in the Chiefs' backfield, as his 15 rushing attempts led the way for Kansas City in week 15. However, we cannot deny what McKinnon has done over the last three games. He's been racking up fantasy points, totaling 14.00, 32.40, and 34.20 PPR fantasy points in each game. In week 15, McKinnon had 10 carries, 52 yards, a rushing touchdown, along with eight receptions, 70 yards, and a receiving touchdown. The receptions are the key for McKinnon. He had seven receptions in week 14 as well. McKinnon has actually had more snaps than Isiah Pacheco in each of the last three weeks. Let's continue to ride the hot hand in McKinnon while he's still producing. McKinnon is available in 54.4 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues and 22 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Also Consider:

Alexander Mattison (MIN), Chuba Hubbard (CAR)

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Jahan Dotson (WAS) - Quietly, the rookie has scored six touchdowns this season. He's been in and out of the lineup for the Commanders but is finally healthy now. Perhaps week 15 was the Dotson breakout game folks have been waiting for. Dotson scored a touchdown on Sunday night this week, and he also hauled in an incredible 61-yard catch over Giants DB Jason Pinnock midway through the fourth quarter. He finished the game with four catches for 105 yards and the TD. Jahan Dotson was a 2022 first-round pick, and the team hopes he can continue to produce big plays to end the season. Dotson has scored 16.40 and 20.50 fantasy points in each of his last two games. The Commanders take on the 49ers next week. The 49ers have allowed the 6th-most fantasy points to opposing WRs over the last two weeks. Dotson is currently available in 83 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 94.4 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Mack Hollins (LV) - Would you believe me if I told you that Mack Hollins is currently the 39th-ranked receiver in PPR scoring this season? Well, that is true, pending Monday Night Football. He scored 14.00 fantasy points in week 15 after gaining 40-yards and a touchdown. Prior to that, Hollins had 8.20 fantasy points after rushing for 40 yards and hauling in two catches for 22 yards in week 14. Hollins has scored more than 8.20 fantasy points every week since week 11. If you are just looking for steady points, Hollins could be your guy. He'll likely get you between 8.00 and 16.00 fantasy points, given his recent trends. Hollins is available in 71 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 95.4 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Chris Moore (HOU) - Ever since Texans' WRs Nico Collins and Brandin Cooks have both been inactive, WR Chris Moore has stepped up to be the Texans' top receiver. Moore had 124 yards in week 14 at Dallas, and 42 yards vs KC in week 15. If Collins and Cooks remain out, you can take a flyer on Chris Moore. The Texans take on the Titans in week 16 and then travel to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars in week 17. The Titans are currently allowing the most fantasy points to opposing WRs this season, while the Jaguars are currently allowing the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing WRs this season. Chris Moore is available in 81 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 98.1 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Also Consider:

Donovan Peoples-Jones (CLE), Darius Slayton (NYG), Zay Jones (JAX)

TIGHT ENDS

Chigoziem Okonkwo (TEN) - Did you know that over the last three games, Chigoziem Okonkwo has tallied 68, 45 (plus a touchdown) and 54 receiving yards? Chigoziem Okonkwo is quietly becoming a steady producer at a tight end position that is severely lacking steady producers. Week 15 was the second time in the last three weeks where Okonkwo played the most snaps out of any Titans tight end. Okonkwo is available in 71 percent of Yahoo Fantasy leagues and 94 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues. The Titans take on the Texans in week 16. The Texans are currently allowing the 12th-most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season. Add Okonkwo if you've been underwhelmed by your tight end lately.

Juwan Johnson (NO)
