WEEK 17 INJURY REPORT:

QUARTERBACKS:

Teddy Bridgewater (Finger) - The Dolphins believe that QB Teddy Bridgewater suffered a broken finger on his throwing hand. He will likely not be available next week.

Nick Foles (Ribs) - Colts QB Nick Foles was carted off the field after suffering a ribs injury.

RUNNING BACKS:

James Conner (Shin) - James Conner injured his shin and could not return.

Marlon Mack (Hamstring) - Marlon Mack suffered a hamstring injury and was unable to finish Sunday's game.

Andy Isabella (Thigh) - Andy Isabella suffered a thigh injury and could not finish the game.

Jakobi Meyers (Shoulder) - Jakobi Meyers could not finish the game after suffering a shoulder injury.

Dante Pettis (Concussion) - Dante Pettis cleared concussion protocol but was sent to the hospital for precautionary reasons.

TIGHT ENDS:

Stephen Anderson (Illness) - Anderson suffered an illness and could not finish Sunday's game.

WEEK 18 WAIVER WIRE:

QUARTERBACKS:

Sam Darnold (CAR) - Over the last two weeks, Sam Darnold has been on fire from a fantasy perspective. He's scored over 21 fantasy points in each game. He hopes to continue his hot streak on the road vs the Saints in week 18. Darnold is available 99.4 percent of NFL fantasy leagues and 93 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Also Consider:

Brock Purdy (SF)

RUNNING BACKS:

Tyler Allgeier (ATL) - Coming out of their bye, Falcons' rookie RB Tyler Allgeier took over the Falcons' primary RB duties. Allgeier carried the ball 17 times for 139 yards and a touchdown, totaling 22.60 PPR fantasy points in week 15. Allgeier had more carries than Cordarrelle Patterson, who had 14 carries versus Allgeier's 17 in week 15. Allgeier followed that up with 18 carries for 74 yards, along with four receptions for 18 yards in week 16, leading the Falcons backfield yet again. Allgeier continued his great stretch of games in week 17, totaling 83 yards and a touchdown for 16.50 fantasy points. He is still available in over 61 percent of NFL fantasy leagues and 35 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Chuba Hubbard (CAR) - Over the last four weeks, Chuba Hubbard has been quietly producing flex or better fantasy numbers. He's scored 18.90, 9.70, 12.50 and 9.50 fantasy points in each of the last four games. Hubbard is available in 87.8 percent of NFL fantasy leagues and 61 percent of Yahoo fantasy leagues. If you are in a pinch, Hubbard makes for a great addition this week.

James Cook (BUF) - Over his last two weeks, Cook seems to have found some consistency, totaling 11.90 and 17.80 fantasy points. Cook had 99 rushing yards and a touchdown, along with nine receiving yards in Saturday's week 16 matchup. Cook has yet to play in week 17 as of this writing, but he is still among the top waiver wire options. He is available in 65 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues and 45 percent of Yahoo leagues. Add him if he is available in your league.

Also Consider:

Jerick McKinnon (KC)

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Jahan Dotson (WAS) - Perhaps week 15 was the Dotson breakout game folks have been waiting for. Dotson scored a touchdown and also hauled in an incredible 61-yard catch over Giants DB Jason Pinnock midway through the fourth quarter of that game. He finished week 15 with four catches for 105 yards and the TD. He followed that up with another six receptions for 76 yards, and a touchdown. Week 17 was a bit of a letdown where Dotson only had 37 receiving yards and 6.70 fantasy points, but every player has his ups and downs. Jahan Dotson was a 2022 first-round pick, and the team hopes he can continue to produce big plays to end the season. Dotson has scored 16.40, 20.50, 19.60 and 6.70 fantasy points in each of his last four games. Dotson is currently available 84.1 percent of NFL Fantasy leagues and 59 percent of Yahoo fantasy leagues.

Richie James (NYG) - Richie James has scored 17 or more fantasy points in three of his last four games and scored 8.20 fantasy points in the other game. He's been peppered with targets during that span. James had nine targets in week 14, five targets in week 15, 12 targets in week 16 and seven targets in week 17. The Giants are so thin at receiver, so we can expect the targets to keep on coming. James is available in 95.8 percent of NFL fantasy leagues and 82 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Also Consider:

D.J. Chark (DET)

TIGHT ENDS

Juwan Johnson (NO) - A productive tight end is hard to come by these days in fantasy football, but we have an opportunity here with Juwan Johnson. Johnson is the TE13 on the season, despite being available in 81.1 percent of NFL fantasy leagues. Since their week 14 bye, Johnson has scored 22.70, 1.90 and 11.20 fantasy points in each game. If you're desperate for a tight end, take a flyer on Johnson, despite some inconsistency.

Also Consider:

Jelani Woods (IND)
