Tom Brady QB TAM DAL START Dallas is a sweet matchup and Tampa Bay seems to have the swagger vs Dallas who's starters have barely played together this pre-season. Look for Tampa to come out on fire.
Kirk Cousins QB MIN CIN START Cousins seems to be the forgotten man in drafts the last few weeks, but he opens up with what should be a nice matchup. I like him as a matchup play this week.
Trevor Lawrence QB JAC HOU START Another nice matchup play for a QB drafted in the mid QB2 range in the last couple weeks. To add to the enticement, Lawrence carried the moniker of a can't miss QB - the best since Andrew Luck when he was drafted first overall. His weapons are solid with D.J. Chark, Laviska Shenault and Marvin Jones at WR and James Robinson coming out of the backfield.
James Robinson RB JAC HOU START Robinson jumped up in drafts after the Eitenne injury but finished as a top RB last year. He starts off with what should be a great matchup. Get him in your lineups.
David Montgomery RB CHI LAR SIT I think the Bears are going to have a long day unless their defense can keep them in it. If this turns into a negative game script, Montgomery could give way to Damien Williams more than Montgomery owners would like.
Raheem Mostert RB SF DET START Both of these RBs should find a way to start week 1 vs Detroit. They should share the backfield, but the 49ers running games is amongst the best.
Trey Sermon RB SF DET START
Antonio Brown WR TAM DAL START Brown averaged about a 63% snap share during his games in Tampa last year. I expect that to nudge up a bit even as the third WR. The talk out of camp has been positive and Brady loves this guy. You might feel more comfortable starting Antonio Brown then some of the WRs drafted before him this week.
Lavisak Shenault WR JAC HOU START Nice matchup for the 2nd year WR. He should be a catch machine in this offense and he has the ability to get yards after the catch. I like his chances in week 1.
Kenny Golladay WR NYG DEN SIT I don't trust Golladay's health at this point. Assuming he plays, he'll likely be on a pitch count.
