Jaylen Samuels- RB- Steelers

With James Conner hurting his shoulder late and Benny Snell Jr. also exiting the game with a knee injury, Jaylen Samuels might be someone worth targeting in free agency this week. Samuels has been hurt for the last few games, but he is expected to return this weekend when the Steelers face off against the Colts. He most likely would have been active Monday night if Coach Tomlin new that both his active running backs were going to get hurt. The Steelers have a great offensive line and are looking to run the ball first. Samuels would be a valuable addition this week if Conner and Snell are out. Get him now for a buck.

Brandon Allen- QB- Broncos

Whether it's because Joe Flacco is suffering from a neck injury or because Flacco made negative comments about the Broncos' offensive play-calling, Brandon Allen will get his first career start this week when Denver hosts the Browns. Allen was the 6th round pick by the Jaguars in 2016 and has zero stats in his career. Allen is only a viable option in leagues with large rosters. But if you are desperate for a QB this week, Allen does face the Browns, whose defense has given up the 5th most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. You will definitely be able to get Allen for a buck this week.

Danny Amendola- WR- Lions

After dealing with some early-season injuries, wide receiver Danny Amendola seems to have picked the offense in the past two games. In the last two weeks, he's recorded 19 targets, 16 receptions and 200 yards receiving. He's been plating exactly how the Lions offense envisioned when they signed Amendola as a free agent; he's a reliable short-yardage receiver. Amendola should be picked up in full PPR leagues as soon as possible. He s can move the chains on 3rd and short and should see plenty of opportunities with Kerryon Johnson on the IR. Pick up Amendola now for a buck.

Hunter Renfrow- WR- Raiders

The rookie wide receiver out of Clemson has his best game of his short career last week against the Texans. He recorded four receptions for 88 yards and a touchdown. It feels like Derrek Carr is starting to find some trust in his offense weapons for the first time since the departure of Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree. Renfrow should be able to see more targets if fellow wide receiver Tyrell Williams continues to stay healthy and open up the field for the rookie. You should look at picking up Renfrow in dynasty and keeper leagues. He could be a valuable player in PPR leagues moving forward. Get him today for a buck.

Raheem Mostert- RB- 49ers

49ers running back Raheem Mostert might be a player worth picking up this week since Matt Breida is questionable and Jeff Wilson exited last week's game with a head injury. The 49ers have a short week of practice since there game is Thursday night against the Cardinals. Mostert could see 10-15 carries if both Breida and Wilson miss the game. When Mostert has played this year, he's averaged 5.7 yards per rush. Last week against the Panthers, he had seven carries for 60 yards and a touchdown. Mostert is definitely worth a pickup and a start this week.

Noah Fant- TE- Broncos

While the rookie out of Iowa hasn't blossomed yet, I expect him to see more targets moving forward. Last week against the Colts, he led the Broncos in targets. With Emanuel Sanders being traded, he should see more opportunitie on third and short plays. It's unknown how Brandon Allen and Fant will work together, but Fant is definitely worth taking for a buck this week. He should be picked up in dynasty and keeper leagues. Get him today for a buck.
