Justin Fields- QB- Bears

Justin Fields might be worth picking up this week for a buck. Even though the Bears are on a fire sale with their best defensive players, they quired Chase Claypool from the Steelers Tuesday. This should give Fields a quality wide receiver option going forward. Even with the lack of talent, Fields has been able to put up productive fantasy outings in the last two weeks. Last game against the Cowboys, Fields completed 17 completions for 151 yards and two touchdowns, while also recording eight carries for 60 yards and a score. In week 7, he threw for 171 yards and a score, and ran for 80 yards and another touchdown. If Fields keeps using his legs, he could turn out to be a very valuable fantasy quarterback. The Bears face the Dolphins this week, whose defense has given up the 7th most fantasy points to quarterbacks this week.

Jeff Wilson Jr.- RB- Dolphins

For those of you that gave up on Jeff Wilson Jr. after the 49ers acquired Christian McCaffrey, you might be regretting dropping him so soon. The Dolphins traded for Wilson Tuesday and should be part of Miami's game plan immediately. He will sit behind Raheem Mostert, which Wilson has done in the past with the 49ers. Wilson is also familiar with Coach McDaniel's system and should learn the playbook quickly. Wilson is averaging over five yards per carry and has two touchdowns on the season. Pick up Wilson for a dollar.

Tyler Conklin- TE- Jets

If you need a tight end for a week, Jets tight end Tyler Conklin might be available for a buck. Last week against the Patriots, he had six receptions for 79 yards and two touchdowns. The Jets have a tough matchup this week against the Bills, but Conklin is starting to become a favorite of quarterback Zach Wilson. Get and start Conklin for a dollar if you have a tight end on a bye week.

Kenyan Drake- RB- Ravens

It's still to be determined if Ravens' running back Gus Edwards will play in week 9, but Kenyan Drake may be someone worth picking up and starting. Edwards left last week with a hamstring injury, which allowed Kenyan Drake to record eleven carries for 65 yards. He also had four receptions and touchdown. If Edwards is out this week against the Saints, Drake should be inserted in your lineup. Get him today for a dollar before the news come out about Edwards's status for week 9.

Calvin Ridley- WR- Jaguars

Even though Calvin Ridley was suspended for the entire 2022 season after the NFL found out that he gambled last season on games, he may be worth picking up and stashing on your bench if you are in a keeper or dynasty league. He was traded to the Jaguars Tuesday, and he should be the number one wide out in Jacksonville when he returns next season. Trevor Lawrence needs a number one wide out, and Ridley could be that guy. If you need players in a dynasty or keeper league going into next year, take a risk on Ridley for a dollar this week.

Rondale Moore- WR- Cardinals

After last week's game against the Vikings, fantasy owners should look at picking up Rondale Moore this week. Last Sunday, he recorded seven receptions for 92 yards and a score. He missed the first three games of the season with an injury and was slow to get back in the swing of things. But he finally looked like his old self on Sunday and should continue to see targets from the slot position. Moore and Cardinals face the Seahawks this week. Get him for a buck now.
