Donovan Peoples-Jones- WR- Browns

Before this week, there were no Browns besides their running backs worth rostering in fantasy football leagues. That might have change with Donovan People-Jones. In the last two weeks, he has 11 targets and nine receptions. In week 6 against the Cardinals, he recorded four receptions for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Peoples-Jones was getting a ton of hype before the season but didn't see much action in the first few weeks. The Browns face the Broncos on Thursday night, whose defense has given up the 16th most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Get him today for a buck.

Demetric Felton- RB- Browns

With Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt possibly missing Thursday night's game, Demetric Felton might be worth spending a buck on this week. He hasn't recorded a single carry this season, but he has eight receptions for 90 yards and once touchdown. Even if D'Ernest Johnson gets the bulk of the carries, Felton should have a role as the third down back and pass catcher. And if Nick Chubb plays Thursday night, that role won't change for Felton. I would spend a dollar this week and start Felton if you need a running back.

Rhamondre Stevenson- RB- Patriots

Rookie running back Rhamondre Stevenson is starting to become an important player in the Patriots offense. Last week against the Cowboys, he had five carries for 23 yards and a touchdown. Damien Harris will continue to see most of the carries, but Stevenson should see more touches as the season goes on. If anything happens to Harris, Stevenson is likely to fill in as the starter. You can get Stevenson for a buck this week. Stevenson should be rostered in all keeper and dynasty leagues.

Pat Freiermuth- TE- Steelers

A tight end that should be targeted this week is Pat Freiermuth. Last week against the Seahawks, he had seven receptions for 58 yards. With Juju Smith-Schuster out for the year, Freiermuth might be Ben Roethlisberger's go-to-target for quick strikes. The Steelers have a bye in week 7, but he should be picked up in most leagues when they return in week 8 to play the Browns. He is still sharing targets with Eric Ebron, but Freiermuth looks to be Big Ben's number one tight end now. He is worth picking up for a buck this week in keeper and dynast leagues.

Jimmy Garoppolo- QB- 49ers

If your quarterback is on a bye in week 7, Jimmy Garoppolo should be available for a dollar to start. He is expected to be back on the field for the Sunday night game against the Colts. Indy's defense has given up the fifth most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Garoppolo probably won't throw for 300 yards and three touchdowns, but he should be able to manage a decent fantasy output if you are desperate for a quarterback. Pick him up and start him for a buck if you have a quarterback on a bye.

Rashod Bateman- WR- Ravens

Raven's first round pick Rashod Bateman is starting to see the field after starting his rookie campaign on the injured reserve. Last Sunday against the Chargers, he had four receptions for 29 yards. He was on the field for almost 70 percent of the game, which should give you an indication that the Ravens really like Bateman. It's still unclear how much fantasy value he will have for the rest of season, but he has a real possibility to be an important part of Baltimore's offense. Bateman should be picked up and rostered in all keeper and dynasty leagues. You can get him now for a buck in redraft leagues.
