Ryan Finley- QB- Bengals

With the benching of Andy Dalton, Ryan Finley will get the start this Sunday when the Bengals face off against the Ravens. Finley was a fourth round pick out of North Carolina State this year. He should only be picked up in leagues where you are desperate for a QB, but might be worth picking up in dynasty and keeper leagues. The Bengals are expecting A.J. Green to make his 2019 debut on Sunday, which should give Finley a boost in confidence. The Ravens have given up the 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. It would be a risky play to start Finley this week, but you can get him for a buck if you are desperate.Â

DeVante Parker- WR- Dolphins

While Ryan Fitzpatrick is the starting quarterback in Miami, DeVante Parker might be a player worth picking up this week. The Dolphins' offense is more productive when Fitzpatrick is starting over second year player Josh Rosen. Which means the wide receivers in Miami are also more productive with the Harvard graduate. Preston Williams has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, which means Parker will get plenty of opportunities for the rest of the year. He's been flying a little under the radar. I wrote about Parker recently, but he's still available in most of the leagues out there despite scoring a touchdown in four out of the last five games. Last week against the Jets recorded four receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown. As long as Fitzpatrick is starting at Qb, Parker will be worth a pick up and start. Â

Zach Pascal- WR- Colts

I'm not sure if Zach Pascal is a one-term solution, but he may be worth picking up this week for a buck. As long as T.Y. Hilton continues to struggle with injuries, Pascal should be worth having on your team. Last week against the Steelers, he recorded five receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown. Pascal made a couple acrobatic plays by the sideline which caught everyone's attention. The Colts face the Dolphins this week, whose defense has given up the 8th most fantasy points to wide receivers this user. Monitor Hilton's health this week and start Pascal for a buck if the veteran wide out misses another week.Â

Kalen Ballage- RB- Dolphins

With Mark Walton being suspended for four games, the Dolphins are expected to turn back to Kalen Ballage this week against the Colts. Ballage is only worth picking up for a short term play. He hasn't done much to validate a start, but he may be worth picking up if you have a player on a bye week. When Walton returns from his suspension, Ballage will more than likely lose the job unless he improves his two yards per carry. He will get his chance this week, and you can get him for a buck if you are desperate for a running back in week 10.

J.D. McKissic- RB- Lions

Fantasy owners in PPR leagues might want to look at J.D. McKissic this week. In last week's game against the Raiders, he recorded four carries for 32 yards and three receptions for 30 yards and a score. McKissic should see a lot of short yardage targets as he seems to be Matt Stafford's most reliable receiver out of the backfield. The Lions face the Bears this weekend, whose defense has allowed the 9th not points to running back this season. McKissic should see plenty of opportunities since the Bears have a great passing defense. Pick up McKissic for a buck this week.Â

Ryan Griffin- TE- Jets

While Chris Herndon continues get healthy, fantasy owners might want to turn their attention toward Ryan Griffin in this upcoming week. He's been a favorite of Sam Darnold as of late. In the last two games, Griffin has 10 receptions for 116 yards and two scores. The Jets face the Giants this weekend in a New York showdown in New Jersey. Expect Griffin to have a productive Sunday in case Herndon can't go again.Â
