WEEK 16 INJURY REPORT WEEK 17 WAIVER WIRE:

WEEK 16 INJURY REPORT

QUARTERBACKS:

None of note.

RUNNING BACKS:

Clyde Edwards-Helaire (Collarbone) - Helaire is considered week-to-week with a bruised shoulder. It will be a challenge for him to play in Cincinnati.

Darrell Henderson (Knee) - Henderson left Sunday's game with a knee injury and was ruled out. Henderson is heading for an MRI on Monday to confirm a diagnosis.

Jordan Howard (Stinger) - Howard suffered a stinger and could not finish the game.

James Robinson (Achilles) - Robinson suffered a torn Achilles and will miss the remainder of the season.

Miles Sanders (Hand) - Sanders broke a bone in his hand on Sunday. Sanders is out this week but will not go on Injured Reserve. The Eagles hope to have him back this season.

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Adam Thielen (Ankle) - Thielen re-injured his ankle on Sunday in his first game back from a previous injury. Thielen is sore today, but coach Mike Zimmer hopes they can get him back for Sunday.

Albert Wilson (COVID-19) - Wilson was placed on the COVID-19 list.

TIGHT ENDS:

Shane Zylstra (Knee) - Zylstra fractured his kneecap.?
WEEK 17 WAIVER WIRE:

QUARTERBACKS:

Matt Ryan (ATL) - Over the last two weeks, the Bills defense has allowed opposing quarterbacks to score 26.73 fantasy points per game, which is the second-most in the NFL. Ryan might not have that top-10 QB upside he once had, but in this matchup, he provides a safe floor and could possibly flirt with low-end QB1 numbers. He's scored double-digit fantasy points in each of his last five weeks.

Also Consider: Davis Mills (HOU)

RUNNING BACKS:

Darrel Williams (KC) - Chiefs' starting RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire suffered a collarbone injury on Sunday and was unable to finish the game. The next man up for Kansas City is Darrel Williams. Williams led the team in rushing with 11 attempts for 56 yards, and also three receptions for 30 yards in week 16. If CEH were to miss time, it would be Williams that gets the biggest boost.

Ronald Jones (TB) - Despite Ke'Shawn Vaughn scoring on a long 50+ yard touchdown in week 16, it was actually Ronald Jones who had the most volume for the Buccaneers in their matchup vs the Panthers. Jones handled 20 rushing attempts for 65 yards and a touchdown, and even caught two passes for 16 yards. Fournette is on injured reserve, so Jones should continue to see work.

Also Consider: Rashaad Penny (SEA), Boston Scott (PHI)

WIDE RECEIVERS:

Braxton Berrios (NYJ) - This is simply a matter of last-man standing for the Jets. Elijah Moore, Corey Davis, and Jamison Crowder have all been out in recent weeks due to injuries, so Berrios has had to step up. He's scored 11.20, 10.60, and 9.00 fantasy points in each of his last three games on the season. He gets a week 17 matchup vs the Buccaneers. The Jets will be forced to throw a bunch, and he's the top receiver that's healthy at this point. If you're hurting at receiver, take a look at Berrios. The Buccaneers have allowed the 11th-most fantasy points per game to opposing receivers over the last two weeks.

Gabriel Davis (BUF) - Davis missed week 16 due to being placed on the COVID-19 list, but if he gets activated for week 17, he should be on your rosters. Since he's been given an opportunity, he's really produced fantasy points. He's produced 11.00, 15.30, and 25.30 fantasy points in each of his last three games played. In week 17 he faces off against the Falcons, a team allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing receivers. If he's active, he makes for an interesting flex option in week 17.

Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET) - We have discussed St. Brown's hot streak numerous times over the last month, and the streak continued in week 16, where he had 91 yards and a touchdown. This run has catapulted St. Brown to the 35th-highest scoring WR on the entire season. He's finally rostered in over 60% of NFL.com fantasy leagues now, so he might not be available in your league, but if he is floating around on the waiver wire, pick him up and start him.

Also Consider: A.J. Green (ARI), Robby Anderson (CAR),

TIGHT ENDS:

Tyler Conklin (MIN) - Conklin faces off against a Packers defense that has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends over the last two weeks. Conklin has been rather up inconsistent on the season, but he did total four receptions for 44 yards in week 16. Perhaps he can put up similar numbers in a great matchup this week.
