Rashad Penny- RB- Seahawks

It's been hard to pinpoint who will get the most carries in Seattle, but Rashad Penny seemed to show some burst last week against the 49ers. Last week he recorded 10 carries for 35 yards and one catch for 27 yards. He is still sharing carries with Travis Homer and Adrian Peterson. And if Alex Collins get healthy, he might resume his role as the lead back. But Penny was getting the carries in the second half when the Seahawks needed big-time plays. I think he could see a larger role this week when Seattle faces Houston, whose defense has given up the 5th most fantasy points to running backs this year. If you need a running back this week, Penny might be a good risk for a dollar.

Amon-Ra St. Brown- WR- Lions

If you are in a dynasty or keeper league, you should seriously consider picking up Amon-Ra St. Brown. He received high praise in the preseason and has been a solid PPR player this season. Last week against the Vikings, he had 10 receptions for 86 yards and one touchdown. His touchdown was on the game-winning drive to give the Lions their first win of the season. He's only had one game this year that he recorded less than four targets. He should be rostered in dynasty and keeper leagues, and you should pick him up this week for a buck in redraft leagues.

Kadarius Toney- WR- Giants

Another wide receiver worth rostering in dynasty and keeper leagues is Giants' Kadarius Toney. He's unlikely to help your team this year due to a quad and oblique injury, but he showed his talent earlier in the season. In week 5 against the Cowboys, he recorded 10 receptions for 189 yards. The Giants have been cursed with injuries this year, especially on offense. But Toney could be a potential pro-bowl player next season if he can stay healthy. He's worth rostering in your dynasty and keeper league this year for a buck.

Ameer Abdullah- RB- Panthers

Even though Chuba Hubbard is likely to be the starter in Carolina with Christian McCaffrey landing on the IR for the remainder of the season, fantasy owners should look at Ameer Abdullah. When McCaffrey left the game in week 12 against Miami, Abdullah saw more pass routes than Hubbard. He only recorded two receptions for 20 yards, but he saw four targets. Not sure how many carries Abdullah will take away from Hubbard, but it's worth spending a dollar now and seeing how this week plays out. Pick up Abdullah for a buck today and he could become a starting running back in the next couple weeks.

Ben Roethlisberger- QB- Steelers

Big Ben isn't producing a ton of yards and touchdowns this season, but he may be worth picking up and starting this week against the Vikings. Last Sunday night against the Ravens, he threw for 21 completions, 236 yards and two scores. The Vikings defense has given up he 6th most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. He's not worth keeping on your roster past this upcoming game, but he could be someone to fill in for a quarterback on a bye week if you are desperate for a quarterback. Pick up Big Ben and start him for a dollar.

Cole Kmet- TE- Bears

While starting tight end Cole Kmet hasn't been a valuable fantasy tight end this season, he may be worth picking up for the rest of the season. In the past seven games, six times he's seen at least six targets. In the last two weeks, he has 18 targets, 11 receptions and 106 yards receiving. He's beginning to get more involved in the offense, but his problem has been poor quarterback play. He seems to play better when Andy Dalton is starting at quarterback, rather than Justin Fields. He could be worth a start this week if you are desperate for a tight end. Pick him for a buck.
