Nelson Agholor- WR- Raiders

Very quietly, Nelson Agholor has recorded six touchdowns this year and is still available in the majority of fantasy leagues. Last week against the Chiefs, Agholor had six catches for 88 yards and a touchdown. He’s either hit or miss depending on the opponent. In week 12, the Raiders face the Falcons, whose defense has given up the 3rd most fantasy points to wide receivers this year. Pick up Agholor today for a buck.

Curtis Samuel- RB- Panthers

Curtis Samuel has been a fantasy sleeper since week 7. Last week against the Lions, he had eight catches for 70 yards and a one touchdown. He’s recorded a touchdown in four out of the last five games. Samuel is a great addition if you are looking for a solid third wide receiver or flex option. He’s still available in some fantasy leagues this week. Get him for a dollar if he’s a free agent.

Patrick Ricard- RB- Ravens

With J.K. Dobbins and Mark Ingram placed on the COVID list, Patrick Richard might be in for some playing time this Thanksgiving. He hasn’t recorded a carry this season, but he has five receptions for 24 yards and one touchdown. Gus Edwards should see most of the carries on Thursday night, but Ricard could be the guy on passing downs. Pittsburgh has given up the second fewest points to running backs this season, but if you are in a bind, he might be worth a pickup. Start him on turkey day of you are desperate.

Ty Johnson- RB- Jets

La’Mical Perine will miss a couple games with a high- ankle sprain, which will open a door for Jets’ running back Ty Johnson. Frank Gore will presumably be the starter, but Johnson should get plenty of opportunities in the next couple weeks. The Jets face Miami this Sunday, whose defense has given up the 12th most fantasy points to running backs this season. Gore is also a solid pick up for a buck this week, but either running back will give you chance.

Ryan Fitzpatrick- QB- Dolphins

If you want to take a chance early in the week on a possible quarterback, Ryan Fitzpatrick might be worth the buck. He replaced Tua Tagovailoa late in the fourth quarter against the Broncos because the caching staff felt like he gave them the best opportunity. The Dolphins face the Jets this week, whose defense has given up the fourth most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. If you have a backup plan and want to take a chance on a quarterback, pick up Fitzpatrick early in the week for a buck.

Mike Gesicki- TE- Dolphins

If you want to take another chance on a Dolphin player, Mike Gesicki has a favorable matchup this week against the Jets. Gesicki hasn’t made much of an impact since week 5, but If Ryan Fitzpatrick starts this week, he could see his opportunities increase. The Jets have given up the 10th most fantasy points to tight ends this season. If you are desperate, Gesicki looks like the best option on the free agent market for a buck.
