Devante Parker- WR- Dolphins

Although I caution any fantasy football owner when picking up Miami Dolphins' players, wide receiver Devonte Parker might be someone you want to add to the roster for week 6. The Dolphins face the Red Skins this Sunday, whose defense has given up the third most fantasy points to wide receivers this year. Parker hasn't been bad thus far if you subtract week 2 when he didn't make a catch. In his last game against the Chargers, he caught all four of his targets for 70 yards and a touchdown. Parker has always had talent, but injuries in the past has kept him from being a consistent fantasy player. He might be worth a pickup this week for a buck.

Byron Pringle- WR- Chiefs

Depending on the status of Chiefs' wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins, Byron Pringle might be someone worth picking up and starting in week 6. Last week against the Colts, Pringle had six receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown. Kansas City faces the Texans on Sunday, whose defense has given up the seventh most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Pringle won't be a long-term play, but he could benefit from a shootout between Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson. Pick up and Start Pringle this week for a buck if Watkins and Hill can't play.

Gus Edwards- RB- Ravens

Baltimore running back Gus Edwards might be worth a pickup and start this week if you are desperate for a running back. The Ravens face the Bengals this week, whose defense has given up the second most fantasy points to running backs this year. If the Ravens go up big, Edwards could be the beneficiary of a garbage- time touchdown. So far on the season, Edwards has a 4.33 yards per carry average. Pick up and start Edwards for a buck this if you have running backs on a bye week.

Reggie Bonnafon- RB- Panthers

Christian McCaffery owners might want to consider picking up Reggie Bonnafon this week for a buck. He would be a good handcuff in case McCaffrey went down with an injury. Last week against the Jaguars, Bonnafon filled in for McCaffery and scored a 59-yard touchdown. He finished the game with five carries for 80 yards and a score. The Panthers have a tough game against a much-improved rush defense in Tampa Bay this weekend, but Bonnafon might be a good player to grab this week for a buck if you own McCaffrey.

Teddy Bridgewater- QB- Saints

It's tough to tell whether the Saints' game plan will revolve around Alvin Kamara and the run-game or Teddy Bridgewater and the passing game. Last week it was all about Bridgewater as he led New Orleans over the Buccaneers. He passed for 314 yards and four touchdowns. This week, the Saints face the Jaguars, whose defense has been unimpressive without Jalen Ramsey. Bridgewater could be a good pickup this week if you are having quarterback on a bye week. Get him for a buck.

Gerald Everett- TE- Rams

Rams' tight end Gerald Everett has produced back to back quality starts. Last week against the Seahawks, he had seven receptions for 136 yards, and in week 4 against the Buccaneers, he had five receptions for 44 yards and a score. Brandin Cooks might miss this Sunday with a concussion, which could lead to more opportunities for Everett. The Rams play a tough 49ers' defense, but Everett might be worth a dollar for later in the season. Pick him up today for a buck.
