Darren Sproles- RB- Eagles

Fantasy owners might want to consider picking up Darren Sproles for their week 15 matchup. Sproles might see an increased role this week against the Rams after Cory Clement went to the IR. Sproles has seen the end zone twice in the last two weeks, and should be the primary third down back behind Josh Adams going forward. Old Man Sproles is on his last leg, but that one leg may be enough to give him a start in week 15 if you are desperate for a running back. Pick him for a buck this week.

Elijah McGuire- RB- Jets

Since Trenton Cannon and Isaiah Crowell might be sidelined for the game this week against Houston, fantasy owners might want to grab Elijah McGuire this week for a buck. Last week against the Bills, McGuire recorded 17 carries for 60 yards and a score. Even if Cannon or Crowell play this Saturday, McGuire will most likely see the majority of the playing time. It might be a good idea to pick up McGuire now for a buck and wait to see the status of the other running backs later on in the week.

John Ross- WR- Bengals

Since A.J. Green has been injured, Cincinnati wide receiver John Ross has been seeing the end zone a lot more. Ross isn’t getting many receptions, but in his last five games he’s scored a touchdown four times. The Bengals are facing the Raiders this week, whose defense has allowed the 10th fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this week. With the defense most likely focusing on fellow wide receiver Tyler Boyd, Ross could see an increase in targets. Pick him up for a buck.

Anthony Firkser- TE- Titans

With the injury to second string tight end Jonu Smith, Anthony Firkser will get the start this Sunday against the Giants. Firkser has been productive in the last four weeks, recording 16 receptions for 165 yards and a score. The Giants defense has given up the 17th most fantasy points to tight ends this season. If you are desperate for a tight end with a good matchup, Firkser is available for a buck this week.

Jordy Nelson-WR- Raiders

After a mostly down season, former Packer Jordy Nelson has been consistent for the last two weeks. In week 13 against the Chiefs, Nelson recorded 10 receptions for 97 yards, and last week against the Steelers, Nelson had six catches for 48 yards. Nelson isn’t showing flashes of his old self, but he may be someone worth picking up for a buck this week and starting if you need a wide out. The Raiders face the Bengals on Sunday, whose defense has given up the 13th most fantasy points to wide outs this season. Nelson might be worth a start this week for a buck.

Nick Foles- QB- Eagles

With news hitting on Wednesday that Carson Wentz is not expected to play against the Rams this weekend, it might be a good idea to pick up Nick Foles for a buck this week. Foles had a rough start to the season in week 1, but rebounded in week 2 by throwing for over 300 yards and a score. The Rams defense is starting to play better, but if the Eagles want to have a chance on Sunday, they’ll need to put a ton of points on the board. If you have Wentz on your team, it might be a good idea to have Foles on your bench as a backup until Wentz is officially ruled out. Get Foles for a buck right now.
