Anthony Miller- WR- Bears

The former Memphis wide receiver Anthony Miller might be a player fantasy owners want to consider picking up for a buck this week.. Miller had a breakout game last week against the Lions, recording five receptions for 122 yards and a score. In Miller’s last five games, he has three touchdowns. For fantasy owners who lost Cooper Kupp last week, Miller could be the guy to help fill the void at wide receiver for a couple games. The Bears have a dynamic offense now that Head Coach Matt Nagy is calling the plays. Miller could be in for a good career with the Bears if quarterback Mitch Trubisky continues to improve. Pick up Miller for a buck this week.

Josh Adams- RB- Eagles

The Eagles are looking to get running back Josh Adams more involved after three weeks of averaging over six yards per carry. Part of the Eagles’ woes this season has been due to the fact that they can’t establish the run game, which is the opposite of last year’s Super Bowl winning team. Philadelphia ranks 22nd in rushing this season compared to third last season. Adams might be able to bring the Eagles some stability to the run game since losing Jay Ajayi earlier in the year. The Eagles have a tough matchup this week against the Saints, whose defense has given up the fourth fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. But it’s worth picking up Adams this week for a buck, even if you don’t play him in week 11.

Rashaad Penny- RB- Seahawks

After weeks of being significantly outplayed by Chris Carson and Mike Davis, Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny had a breakout game last week against the Rams. He recorded 12 carries for 108 yards and his first touchdown of his career. If Carson continues to struggle with his health, Penny might be someone fantasy owners can begin to trust heading into the closing weeks of the fantasy football regular season. Fantasy owners should monitor Carson health this week, but Penny might be worth picking up for a buck this week even if Carson plays.

Jonnu Smith- TE- Titans

The Titans are finally getting some production at the tight end position with Jonnu Smith after the loss to Delanie Walker earlier in the season. In the last two weeks, Smith has five receptions for 98 yards and two touchdowns. Smith isn’t a tight end you want to play every week, but he may be a good start against the Colts this weekend, whose defense has given up the 10th most fantasy points to tight ends this year. The Titans offense has improved tremendously over the last three weeks, and Smith seems to be benefiting from better play-calling. Pick up and start Smith this Sunday if you have a tight end on a bye week.

Brandon Marshall- WR- Saints

With Dez Bryant suffering a devastating injury just two days after signing with the Saints, New Orleans moved on to their second choice and signed Brandon Marshall to a one year contract. Marshall started the season with the Seahawks, but was cut after week 6 and three straight terrible performances. The Saints have been riddled with injuries at the wide out position. Marshall should get plenty of opportunities to see targets with Michael Thomas taking the majority of opposing team’s focus. Marshall has never had a quarterback like Drew Brees in his entire career. He might be someone you want to take a gamble on for a buck.

Marcus Mariota - QB- Titans

The former Heisman winner Marcus Mariota seems to be available in most leagues and should be considered a possible dollar free agent in week 11. Mariota has played great in the last two weeks, recording 468 yards and four touchdowns. The Titans face the Colts, whose defense has been below average against the pass game this season. Mariota seems to be healthier and playing much better since week 8. Pick up and start Mariota this week if you need a quarterback.
