Injuries and Waiver Wire Week 11
WEEK 10 INJURY REPORT
QUARTERBACKS
Derek Carr (Shoulder) – Carr was ruled out after he suffered a right shoulder injury and was being evaluated for a concussion, per NFL.com.

Taylor Heinicke (Hamstring) – Heinicke was ruled out with a hamstring injury against the Cardinals.
RUNNING BACKS
Alexander Mattison (Concussion) – Mattison suffered a concussion and could not return vs the Saints.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Keenan Allen – Allen returned to the game after suffering a shoulder injury.
Nathaniel “Tank” Dell – Dell briefly left Sunday’s game vs the Bengals but was able to return and finish the game.
Jalin Hyatt (Concussion) – Hyatt suffered a concussion and could not return vs the Cowboys.
Tyler Lockett (Head) – Tyler Lockett suffered a head injury but was able to return vs the Commanders.

WEEK 10 WAIVER WIRE
QUARTERBACKS
Josh Dobbs – Over his last three weeks, Josh Dobbs has been a fantasy stud. He’s scored 22.00 + fantasy points in each of the last three weeks, and is currently the QB10, pending Monday Night Football. If Dobbs is available in your league, add him while he’s on a hot streak.

Jameis Winston
RUNNING BACKS
Keaton Mitchell – One of the biggest surprises of week nine was the performance of RB Keaton Mitchell. He had nine carries for 138 yards and a touchdown last Sunday, leading the Ravens in rushing. He followed that performance up in week 10 with three carries for 34 yards and a touchdown, along with one reception for 32 yards, for 13.60 fantasy points. This is still a crowded backfield in Baltimore, but back-to-back performances like this will get the coaches attention.
Devin Singletary – Singletary got his second start in a row for injured RB Dameon Pierce this week. In week 10, Singletary carried the workload for the Texans. He had 30 carries for 150 yards and a touchdown, totaling 23 fantasy points. This was his second week in a row leading the Texans in rushing. Singletary should continue to receive more touches while Pierce is out.
Also consider:
Ezekiel Elliott, Ty Chandler
WIDE RECEIVERS
Tyler Boyd – Boyd’s teammate Tee Higgins was injured in week 10, which led to Boyd having a big role this week. He hauled in eight receptions for 117 yards, totaling 19.70 fantasy points, proving to be a key contributor of the Bengals offense. Boyd likely needs Higgins to be out to be a consistent fantasy producer, but if Higgins is out for more than just one week, Boyd is a plug-and-play WR3 on most fantasy rosters.
Romeo Doubs – Doubs has been mentioned in this section of the article several times this season, yet I still can’t seem to figure out why he is still on so many waiver wires. He’s not an “elite” receiver, but he is a receiver who can get you anywhere between 10.00 and 18.00 fantasy points often off the waiver wire. What more are you looking for off the waiver wire?
Noah Brown – A receiver who has really come along nicely for the Texans is Noah Brown. Over the last two weeks, Brown has topped 150 receiving yards in each contest. This might seem fluky, but the Texans are hurting at WR right now. Nico Collins missed week 10, and Tank Dell briefly left week 10’s contest as well. Brown is a short-term FLEX option until the Texans get fully healthy on offense.
Also consider:
Quentin Johnston, Demario Douglas
TIGHT ENDS
Trey McBride – The second-year TE has a couple of things going for him right now. First, he’s got his regular starting QB Kyler Murray back at the helm. That alone should increase his upside and consistency. In his first game with Kyler Murray as his QB this season, McBride had eight receptions for 131 yards. Secondly, veteran TE Zach Ertz remains on Injured Reserve, paving the way for consistent targets over the middle of the field. Those two factors plus his NFL Draft pedigree make Trey McBride a great waiver-wire target this week.
