Deonte Thompson- WR- Bills
The Bills’ wide receiver Deonte Thompson produced a solid fantasy day in week 9 against the Jets. Last Thursday night, Thompson had seven receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown. Thompson seems to be a boom or bust type of player. He has three games with only one reception, but he has four games with at least four receptions. One thing is certain, Thompson has great speed. With Kelvin Benjamin set to make his Bills debut this weekend, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Thompson get a few deep-ball targets if the defensive backs for New Orleans focus a little more on Benjamin in the middle of the field. Pick up and start him if you have a receiver on a bye week.

Marqise Lee- WR- Jaguars
It looks like former USC wide receiver Marqise Lee is starting to appear as the number one receiver in Jacksonville. In the last three games, Lee has 28 targets for 17 receptions, 230 yards and one touchdown. In three games this year, Lee has 10 or more targets. On the season, Lee has 32 receptions for 438 yards and one touchdown. Lee and Jaguars have a tough matchup against the Chargers’ pass defense this weekend, but he may be a player fantasy owners want to target for the rest of the year. Get him now for a dollar.

Teddy Bridgewater- QB- Vikings
The former Louisville first round pick for the Vikings, Teddy Bridgewater, has been activated for week 10 from the reserve/PUP list. Bridgewater hasn’t played a down since the 2015 season, but he might be worth taking a chance on in keeper and dynasty leagues. The Vikings placed Sam Bradford on the injured reserve list, which makes Case Keenum the only competition for Bridgewater to regain his starting position. If Bridgewater looks good in practice and Keenum falters, expect Bridgewater to see some playing time before the end of the year.

Corey Clement- RB- Eagles
While the Eagles are on a bye week, it might be a good time to pick up running back Corey Clement. Last week against the Broncos, Clement had a huge fantasy day recording 12 carries for 51 yards and two touchdowns. It’s a full backfield in Philly considering the Eagles just traded of Jay Ajayi, and already have LeGarrette Blount and Wendell Smallwood on the team. But the Eagles coaching staff is supposedly very high on Clement because of his pass protection ability. I expect Clement to be used 10-15 times per week depending on the circumstances of the game. Pick him up now on his bye week.

Thomas Rawls- RB- Seahawks
The offensive coordinator in Seattle said this week that Thomas Rawls will be the starting running back this Thursday night against the Cardinals. The Seattle backfield has been a mess all season, but with the announcement as Rawls as the starter, it might give Seattle a little stability to get anything going in the ground game. Rawls had an okay week 9, recording nine carries for 39 yards and two receptions for 31 yards. He might be a better prospect in PPR leagues, but if you have a running back on a bye week Rawls is worth the dollar.

Charles Clay- TE- Bills
After beginning the season as an extremely productive tight end, Charles Clay is looking like he will be back in the lineup after suffering a knee injury back in week 5. In those five games, Clay has 20 receptions for 258 yards and two scores. Even with the missed time, Clay remains one for the top two wide outs in receiving yards on the team if you leave out Kelvin Benjamin who will make is Buffalo debut this week. While the Bills face a much improved New Orleans’ defense this week, Clay and Bills play significantly better at home than on the road. In fact, all of Clay’s touchdowns since 2016 have been at home. Pick him up for a buck today.
