Bobby Gomes Week 8:

Cash Game Breakdown:
Cash games in Daily Fantasy Sports are considered 50/50’s and head to heads. When we are building cash games we are trying to build our line up with the highest floor possible. A high “Floor” line up is a lineup that is built to show optimal usage. Usage is guaranteed opportunity. Usage can be quantified by snap percentage and targets for Running Backs, snap percentage and targets for Wide Receivers, and positive game script and implied team totals for Quarterbacks.

Quarterback:

Case Keenum (5,100)

The two cash game quarterbacks you’ll probably be deciding from is Case Keenum and Derek Carr. Both have positive gamescript but oakland has a higher team total by a little more than a half point. As of right now I’m leaning Keenum however due to game environment.

Running Back:

Kareem Hunt (7,100)

Kareem Hunt is very good at football and at 7,100 with positive game script and the highest implied team total on the board at 32.5 I think its a safe bet to roster him in cash games. The Broncos are 29th in DVOA against the run according to Football Outsiders. If your going to roster Keenum running it back with Hunt is a great correlation play.

Wide Receiver:

Jordy Nelson (4,700)

Oakland is at home with a favorable game script versus the Colts. Amari Cooper Usage has to go somewhere I would imagine Jordy will see some of the distribution. Nelson has been a favorite target of Carr all season so it should be expected that his usage will see in an uptick in the wake of the Amari Cooper Trade. At (4,700) he is a great point per dollar play at the wide receiver position.

Tight End:

C.J. Uzomah (3,500)

Uzomah has seen a healthy usage rate since the season ending injury to Tyler Eifert. Uzoma Scored a touchdown in the Sunday night game versus the Chiefs in Arrowhead. The Bucs Rank 29th in Dvoa to the tight end position according to Football outsiders. The Cincinnati offense really only has three legitimate threats on offense Uzomah being one of them outside of AJ Green and Tyler Boyd.

Defense:

Steelers (2,400)

The Steelers are an 8 point favorite in a home game against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns seem to be having significant issues in terms of offensive play calling between Hue Jackson and Todd Haley. From a point per dollar perspective in cash games as a home team going up against a rookie Quarterback as a n 8 point favorite at (2,400) you roster them everytime.

Other Cash Game options:
Derek Carr, Sam Darnold, Todd Gurley, Chris Carson, Robert Woods, T.Y. Hilton, Vance Mcdonald, Travis Kelce, Bears, Ravens
