DFS Cash Game Breakdown 2020 Week 4

Quarterback

Kyler Murray, ARI

We keep playing Murray until DraftKings stops us. Murray played poorly in his Week 3 outing versus the Lions and still managed 24.7 fantasy points. His rushing is not far off from Lamar Jackson's. He's averaging 62.3 yards per game and more than a touchdown per game. Until either site makes him a top-three QB in price, keep playing Murray.

Cam Newton, NE

Newton falls into the same bucket as Murray in terms of rushing. He's at nearly 50 yards per game on the ground and has four scores as well. The Patriots also use him at the goal line so he has a reasonable touchdown floor every week. In a game with a 54-point total versus the Chiefs, Newton's $6,400 price on DraftKings is egregious and lets you save money for expensive running backs.

Running Backs

Mike Davis, CAR

Davis has handled all but one reception and one carry given to the Carolina running backs since Christian McCaffrey went down. He's playing the same role as McCaffrey and is only $6,300 on Fanduel and $5,700 on DraftKings. Davis has 16 catches in the past two weeks. Now that we've seen his role for nearly two weeks, we can feel confident getting him into our cash game lineups.

Ezekiel Elliott, DAL

The only reason this paragraph isn't about Alvin Kamara is the return of Michael Thomas. Assuming you're playing three running backs in cash, playing both isn't bad but Thomas entering the lineup for New Orleans does knock the Kamara projection. Zeke leads all backs with 115 routes run and is top-five in rush attempts as well. His team is favored, at home, versus the Browns this week. That's the perfect setup for a Zeke smash spot.

Wide Receiver

N'Keal Harry, NE

In Week 2, when the Patriots played in a competitive football game, Cam Newton attempted 44 passes and went for 397 yards. Versus the Chiefs, he'll need a similar effort just to hang with Patrick Mahomes. That's good news for Harry, who caught eight balls for 72 yards in Week 2. He owns a 24.4% target share on the year and is cheap on both sites.

D.J. Moore, CAR

Moore accounts for 48% of the Panthers' air yards and 25% of their targets. His production has lagged behind those gaudy market share numbers but he's in a "get right" spot if there ever was one this week. Moore and the Panthers face the Cardinals in a game with a 52 total.

Tight End

Darren Waller, LV

Waller is a luxury pick if you can find the salary this week but he's also one of the best values at his position. He's only $5,200 and leads the NFL in targets per game (9.3) among tight ends. He doesn't get the shutdown treatment from New England this week so it's safe to expect a bounceback from his two-catch outing in Week 3.

Jordan Akins, HOU

Akins has quietly operated as the clear receiving tight end for an offense led by Deshaun Watson. He leads Houston with 99 receiving snaps and is averaging four targets per game. The Texans finally get a reasonable matchup versus the Vikings this week after facing Baltimore and Pittsburgh in two of their first three games. Akins is the best punt play of the slate.

Defense

LA Rams

The Rams face Daniel Jones and the Giants this week in one of the premier streaming matchups for defenses. Jones is tied for third in the NFL with two lost fumbles and tied at fourth in interceptions with four. He's also top-10 in sacks taken.
