Following up on the ongoing story. ... Since it's been officially reported, I'll pass along the fact that quarterback Jacoby Brissett (knee) was indeed a full participant in Thursday's practice.

Brissett seems all but certain to return to the starting lineup against the Jaguars on Sunday.

Receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) did not practice. Tight end Jack Doyle (shoulder) was limited.
