JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS UPDATE

lLAWRENCE OFFICIALLY LIMITED THURSDAY; QB WEARING BRACE, PUSHING TO PLAY

Following up on a previous item. ... Trevor Lawrence seems determined to prove he is an iron man as he was back at practice Thursday only three days after suffering a high-ankle sprain late in Monday night's loss to the Bengals.

According to Lawrence was sporting an enormous brace that rode the whole way up his leg at practice, but he is reportedly pushing to play this Sunday at Cleveland.

To that end, Lawrence is listed as a limited participant in practice today.

The coaching staff may decide to protect him from himself to preserve his health for the playoffs and instead start backup C.J. Beathard.

Beathard also was listed as a limited participant in practice today due to a shoulder injury.

As the Redzone.org suggests, neither a hobbled Lawrence or Beathard would be a recommended fantasy play in a Cleveland defense that just may be the best in the league.
