Following up on a previous item. ... Head coach Sean McVay, when asked about receiver Cooper Kupp (and QB Stetson Bennett and TE Hunter Long) going to injured reserve, seemed to indicate that will happen.

"We have until tomorrow to make that decision," McVay said, "but I would say there is a definite possibility on all those guys."

The Rams had already ruled Kupp out for Week 1 and McVay suggested earlier in the week that IR was a possible option.

Kupp injured his hamstring in practice Aug. 1 and had a setback last week. He sought a second opinion this week from a specialist in Minnesota.

Going on injured reserve would keep Kupp out a minimum of four weeks.
