Carnell "Cadillac" Williams, who also is recovering from knee surgery, figures to begin training camp on the PUP list. While Jones appears ahead of schedule, he underwent reconstructive knee surgery in December. Expecting him to be at full speed before Week 1 would be overly optimistic.
