Following up on a previous item. ... According to USA Today's Lindsay Jones, Peyton Manning was back on the practice field after taking Wednesday off.

In case you've somehow missed it, Manning is working with a high ankle sprain (and likely more). Still, the veteran signal caller seems all but certain to play against the undefeated Chiefs in a vital AFC West battle this weekend.

I'll continue to follow up, but assume Manning is in until you hear otherwise (and you won't).
