The Facts: The NFL probably will be able to investigate and adjudicate the Packers' tampering charges against the Minnesota Vikings in about a week, according to an NFL source familiar with such cases. According to the Press Gazette, the NFL's investigation into charges apparently go back only to early June; probably could be handled in a week; and more likely would see league officials traveling to the teams' headquarters for interviews and investigation rather than conducting a hearing at league offices in New York City. ... If found guilty, the Vikings could be fined or forced to forfeit a draft pick or picks. Stay tuned.
