Diehards Line:Jones turned himself into Metro police on Tuesday night, and was at practice on Wednesday. According to Tennessean staffer Jim Wyatt, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will review the incident, but since the personal conduct policy is geared more for repeat offenders, Jones is unlikely to be penalized by the league.
