The deal, as described to Rapoport by Parker's agent, also includes $14 million in guarantees and per-game roster bonuses. This makes it sound like Parker isn't going anywhere. That's interesting because there has been speculation Parker would be odd man out if the Patriots signed free agent wideout DeAndre Hopkins, who recently visited the team. ...
