With Lamar Jackson signed to a new, five-year deal, Baltimore adds to a receiving corps now featuring Odell Beckham Jr. to go along with Rashod Bateman and tight end Mark Andrews. And it's a nice addition. As Rookie Scouting Portfolio author Matt Waldman wrote, "If his hands were as good as the rest of his game -- and it should get there -- Flowers would be the top option at any skill position in this class ..." In fact, Flowers had 12 of his team's 21 touchdown receptions this past season and finished with at least 789 more receiving yards and 49 receptions than anyone else on the team.
