McKenzie has been an important leader and role player on offense and special teams during his four seasons with the Bills. McKenzie was originally claimed off waivers via the Denver Broncos in 2018. The wide receiver played in 15 games in 2021 and totaled 20 catches, 178 receiving yards and one touchdown. McKenzie also returned 24 kickoffs for an average of 24.3 yards per return and 19 punts for 147 return yards this past season. The Georgia product had career highs against the Patriots in Week 16 where he recorded 11 catches for 125 receiving yards in a 33-21 victory.
