The Facts: The Bears have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with former Super Bowl hero Williams, a source tells NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Diehards Line:
As Rapoport reminded readers, Williams has a lot of familiarity with the staff and scheme. He knows Matt Nagy’s offense from Kansas City and played under current Bears coordinator Bill Lazor when he was coordinator with the Dolphins. Williams joins a backfield featuring David Montgomery and Tarik Cohen, who will be returning from a torn ACL.
