The Facts: The Jaguars are expected to sign Jones, a source tells NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, an accomplished, veteran offensive weapon.
Diehards Line:
According to ESPN.com's Adam Schefter, the Jaguars are giving Jones a two-year, $14.5 million deal, including $9.2 million fully guaranteed. ... As SI.com notes, Jones has been a high-volume touchdown receiver in his career, collecting 51 in 88 career starts. He has benefitted from being paired with other top receivers in his career such as A.J. Green and Kenny Golladay. In Jacksonville, he'll work alongside promising youngsters D.J. Chark, Laviska Shenault and Collin Johnson. Jones will be familiar with the offense, as former Lions OC Darrell Bevell now holds that same job with the Jaguars.
