The Facts: Adams is returning to the Jets on a one-year deal.

Diehards Line:Adams was an RFA the team chose not to tender. According to The Athletic's Connor Hughes, Adams is an ideal scheme fit in new OC Mike LaFleur's offense. Remember, the Jets don't have much at running back at this point with La'Mical Perine currently sitting at the top of the depth chart. There will likely be other additions, but there's room here for somebody to earn time.
