The Facts: Bills OC Brian Daboll will remain in Buffalo after the Chargers chose not to hire him as their next HC.

Diehards Line:Daboll transformed Josh Allen from an inaccurate "prospect" into an MVP candidate within two years. Much of the credit has to go to Allen for reforming his game but Daboll's impact on his progression after just two seasons as the Bills' OC is undeniable. Any team passing on him is questionable on their part but a great turn of events for the Bills. Expect them to have a similarly elite offense next season.
