Diehards Line:Neither move is awfully surprising. The Eagles have a bye next week and play on Thursday so sitting players for one more week gains them a lot of extra rest time. Jeffery doesn't figure to play a fantasy-relevant role in Philly with the emergence of Travis Fulgham. Boston Scott will control most of the backfield for Philly until Sanders returns.
