The Facts: The 49ers placed a second-round tender on restricted free-agent wide receiver Bourne.

Diehards Line: Bourne, 24, signed with the 49ers in 2017 as an undrafted rookie from Eastern Washington. After catching 42 passes for 487 yards and four touchdowns in 2018, Bourne had 20 receptions for 358 yards and five touchdowns last season. Bourne started eight games in 2018 but did not have any starts last season. After a difficult game against Seattle in November, Bourne settled in and played well down the stretch of the season as the team’s No. 3 receiver.
