The Facts: The Falcons are planning to allow Hooper to test free agency, GM Thomas Dimitroff said today.

Diehards Line: This isn't new. The Falcons, including owner Arthur Blank have made it clear they love Hooper. The likelihood, however, is that Hooper will receive a large deal in free agency. Atlanta hasn’t ruled out keeping him for the right price -- but getting a price they can deal with will be difficult.
