The Facts: The Eagles are releasing Jay Ajayi as they get Jordan Howard back this week.

Diehards Line:While Jordan Howard was active, he was clearly the lead back in Philadelphia. Don't expect Doug Pederson to return to that version of the backfield as Miles Sanders has prolific. He has 170 carries on the year for 766 yards, good for 4.5 yards per carry. It's likely that Howard returns to a reliever role, the same one Sanders played early in the season.
