The Facts: The Texans and Saints have released their inactive lists in advance of tonight's game in New Orleans and Keke Coutee has been ruled out.

Diehards Line: Coutee, listed as questionable for this one, practiced on a limited basis all week. But that wasn't enough to get. Kenny Stills, acquired in a trade with Miami last week, will move up in the rotation. TE Logan Paulsen is also inactive for the Texans while WR Austin Carr is inactive for the Saints.
