The Facts: The Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals have agreed to a trade, sending quarterback Josh Rosen and a fifth-round pick in the 2020 draft in exchange for Miami's second round pick this year.
Diehards Line:This really comes to no surprise as the two teams were in trade talks for a while. Miami traded down earlier in the second round, accumulating more draft capital and finally pulled the trigger for Rosen. Chances are he will sit behind veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick this season, as the team coaches the young quarterback. Rosen did not cost the Dolphins much, making him a low-risk, high-reward player. Even though they just added a quarterback, it does not take them out of play to draft one next season. On paper, this appears like a solid trade for the Fins.
