
The Facts: Following the most prolific season of his Dallas Cowboys career, tight end Geoff Swaim is signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Swaim was the 246th pick in the 2015 NFL draft by Dallas. In four years with the Cowboys, he appeared in 37 games tallying 35 receptions, 336 yards and one touchdown. His best statistical season came last year when he played and started nine games. He finished with 26 receptions for 242 yards and a touchdown before fracturing a bone in his wrist in the team's 22-19 win over Atlanta on Nov. 18. Current tight ends on the Cowboys' roster include: Jason Witten, Dalton Schultz, Codey McElroy, Blake Jarwin and Rico Gathers.
