The Facts:
There is mutual interest in a Dorsett return to New England, however, with the wideout so close to hitting free agency for the first time, the intention from Dorsett's camp is to absolutely test the waters and see what's out there.
Diehards Line:
NFL Network's Mike Giardi went on to advise his Twitter followers that he was told "it's not all about the money" with Dorsett. The player wants the "opportunity" to be the player he believes he can be. Boston Herald staffer Kevin Duffy reminded his Twitter followers that receivers got paid a ton last spring. Duffy added: "Dorsett will value the money, obviously, but he’s looking for a place that will give him opportunity/targets. ..." The free agent legal tampering period opens Mar. 11. The signing period opens Mar. 13. We'll be watching for more then.
