Diehards Line:The team suffered is first back-to-back losing season in 46 years under Joseph, so they decided to proceed forward without him. In his two seasons as the Broncos head coach, he turned in an 11-21 record. In his defense, the Broncos has not had much help at the quarterback position the past two seasons. The defensive minded coach, will very likely get another job in the league, but probably as a defensive coordinator.
