The Facts: Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison (hamstring/groin) has been placed on the injured reserve and will miss at least eight weeks.

Diehards Line:Allison could return for the playoffs, but that will not help fantasy owners, so at this point, it is safe to drop him in re-draft formats. Marquez Valdes-Scantling could move into Allison's role as the No. 2 wide out for the Packers and should be considered a priority waiver wire pick up this week.
