Diehards Line:Petty was drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL draft and has only started in seven games. In his starts, he has been far from impressive with a 57.7 percent QB rating, throwing for four touchdowns and 10 interceptions. The Jets drafted Sam Darnold third overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, so he is expected to be the future of this team. If the Jets can get something decent in return for Petty, they should not hesitate to consider it.
