The Facts: Speaking at the NFL owners meeting, HC Vance Joseph told reporters that Lynch is still in the team's plans: “By no means is Paxton done," Joseph said. "We believe in Paxton.”
Diehards Line:
Nice of him to say, but the team now has a bridge quarterback with upside in Case Keenum, an addition likely made because GM John Elway and the coaching staff doesn't actually view Lynch as a candidate. April's draft will provide further clues as to the plan going forward at the position. But expecting Lynch to be a major part of that seems like a reach.
